1. Free Shipping – We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,500.
2. Shipping Fee – For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.
3. Dispatch Location – All orders are shipped from our Delhi office.
   
4. Delivery Partners – We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery.
   
5. Delivery Timeline – Once dispatched, your order typically reaches you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
   
6. Tracking – As soon as your order is shipped, we will send tracking details via email or SMS for you to follow your package in real time.
   
7. Delays – While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (like weather, strikes, or courier delays) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

General Terms

• Order Processing – Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• No Made-to-Order – All products are ready to ship. We do not accept custom or made-to-order requests.
• Address Accuracy – Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Force Majeure – Kokomom is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions).
• Non-Delivery – If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to pay customs duties, a re-shipping fee may apply.
