Refund policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please visit our Exchange Center and submit your exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Please note the following conditions:

• All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection by our team to determine eligibility.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Lemomade reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or does not meet our quality standards.

• Each product is eligible for one size exchange only.

• Exchanges are available only for size changes. We do not offer exchanges for a different design, colour, or product.

• If your requested size is unavailable for the product you purchased, you may choose another product of equal value from our available collection, or opt for a store credit.

• All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

• Store credit is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
