1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer clothing for children aged 2 to 8 years. Please refer to the Size Chart available on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

2. What size will fit my child?

Every child grows differently, so we recommend checking our detailed Size Chart before placing an order. If you're unsure about the right size, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help you choose the best fit.

3. Can I buy the top and bottom separately?

Our coordinated sets are thoughtfully designed to be worn together and are sold as complete sets.

If a particular style is available as separate pieces, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

4. Are Lemomade clothes machine washable?

Yes. Most of our garments are machine washable and designed for easy everyday care.

Some occasion wear pieces are made using delicate fabrics and may require dry cleaning. Any special care instructions will be clearly mentioned on the product page and the garment's care label.

Unless stated otherwise, your Lemomade garment can be safely machine washed.

5. Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your confirmation email or WhatsApp.

You can use your Order ID or AWB Number to track your shipment at any time.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been dispatched.

If you need to make any changes, please email us at support@lemomade.in as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.

7. What is your shipping and return policy?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and our logistics partners.

If you need to exchange an item, you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
